1. What this is

PostALemon is a novelty gift service. You give us an address in the United Kingdom; we handwrite a short message on a real lemon with a permanent marker and post it via Royal Mail. That is the entire service.

2. What you may not send

You may not use PostALemon to send messages that are threatening, harassing, unlawful, discriminatory, or that identify a person's location or personal information without their consent. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order at our sole discretion. Passive-aggression is fine. Threats are not.

3. Anonymity

Your identity is not shared with the recipient unless you specifically choose the "Reveal me after 7 days" add-on, in which case we will email the recipient your name approximately seven days after posting.

4. Delivery

United Kingdom only, for now. Delivery is via Royal Mail second class. We are not liable for postal delays, damaged fruit, or emotional damage caused by successful delivery.

5. Refunds

You may cancel and receive a full refund before we have written and posted your lemon. Once your lemon is written and posted, no refunds are available. If we reject an order under section 2, we will refund it in full.

6. Not responsible for feelings

PostALemon is not responsible for friendships ended, group chats left, holidays ruined, or introspection triggered. You knew what you were doing.
